Salvation

The most important question that one must ask is "Where will I spend eternity?" There are two options: Heaven and Hell. In order to go to Heaven there are things you must know and believe.

How to have a personal relationship with Jesus...

• First, you must understand and admit that you are a sinner.

"For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23

• Second, you must realize that sin has a very high price.

"For the wages of sin is death…" Romans 6:23a

Because of our sin we are appointed to die. This is not only a physical death but a spiritual death.

• Third, you must recognize that God has made a way to have your sins forgiven.

"But God commendeth His love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

"…the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23b

• Fourth, you must repent of your sin and call upon the Lord Jesus as your personal Savior.

"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, though shalt be saved…"  Romans 10:9

"For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13

• Fifth, You Can Be Saved Today! "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." John 3:16

Prayer

Diamond Springs Baptist Church is known to be a praying church. We believe in the power of prayer and that God hears and answers our prayer when we pray according to His will. On Wednesday nights we have a Prayer Meeting where we share our prayer requests and seek the Lord together as a church family. Do you have something special that you would like for us to pray for? Please contact us to share your prayer request.

Need a Ride?

If you are interested in attending our church but do not have a ride please reach out to us. We have a church bus available or someone in our church family who may be able to pick you up for one of our services.

Request a Visit

We realize that some people are not able to attend our church or may just feel a little uncomfortable visiting for the first time. If you would like to have a personal visit from our Pastor, please let us know.
