At present, our church supports about fifty missionaries.  They serve in many countries around the world and also in the states.  We believe that missions is to be the "heartbeat" of the church and our commission is found in Mark 16:15.  We are to "go into all the world, and preach the Gospel to every creature."  For many years this has been the desire of the Diamond Springs Baptist Church.

Each year, in November, we conduct a Faith Promise Missions Conference.  Missionaries are invited to present their fields, and a main speaker is chosen to challenge our people to get involved in giving by faith to support our World Missions Program.  Each year we ask the Lord to increase our vision.

A great missionary to Africa, Robert Moffat, once said: "I have sometimes seen in the morning sun the smoke of a thousand villages where no missionary has ever been."
